Fi made me feel calm and safe during our sessions. I didn’t hesitate to talk openly with her. Fi helped me to use my imagination during the sessions.
Thanks Fi for your support

Fiona has a very calm and measured approach, her voice and the way she works made me feel heard and reassured. She has really helped me , by finding ways to re boot ways of feeling and finding the essence of my issues and navigating new paths to enable better outcomes. Thanks Fi
